This stylish one skein shawl is knitted from the bottom up, with gradual increases on RS rows only, to form a triangular shawl which is fun to knit and easy to wear. All RS rows of the shawl will contain one single increase at the end of the row, thus creating a long triangle.

Pattern Information;

Yarn: 425m of 4 ply sock yarn. Example shown is worked in Cherry Fiz from Kernow Designs, which you can find here.

Needles: 3.75mm US #5 circular needle (80 cm/32” long).

Other:stitch markers, tapestry needle for weaving, blocking wires/pins.

Gauge: 28 sts and 32 rows = 10 cm/4” in Stocking st measured flat after wet blocking. The gauge isn’t crucial on this project, but differences will affect the finished size as well as the required yardage.
