Meet What if Hexie! :)
The idea is simple - start hexie not from center but from the corner! yet I had not seen these hexies before - so I feel like I’ve reinvented the bicycle and made it better! obviously :D

Finished hexagon is same size as solid 6 row hexagon made out of dc’s. Same goes for stitch count: one edge of the finished hexagon is 12 sts (+ 1 ch for each corner .. so finished hexagon on last round has 78 sts).

Pattern is 9 pages long including:

• written instructions (US terms);
• picture for each row.

I enjoyed making this hexie and writing up the pattern - I hope you will enjoy it too ;)
