Short Row 16: P to last wrapped st, pick up wrap and p with wrapped st, p1, sm, p1, w&t.

Short Row 17: *Yo, k1, sm, k1, yo, k to 1 st before m, rep from * twice more, yo, k1, sm, k1 tog with its wrap, yo, w&t—8 sts inc’d.
