Almond Top
The ALMOND top takes shape from the top down, with the initial focus on crafting the shoulders in pure knit stitches. As you progress, the front and back gracefully part ways to form the armholes. Subsequently, these two body segments reunite, and your knitting adventure continues in seamless rounds.
What sets this top apart are its understated stripes, artfully achieved through alternating single and double yarns. To bring this design to life, you’ll employ specialized techniques, such as left and right knitted increases and the Asian Row method to elegantly lower the neckline.
The pattern is written with minimal abbreviations, so be sure to read the pattern all the way through before you begin.
