Along the Way Shawl has colorful cables traveling over the whole piece, and garter stitch stripes creating a simple background for these cables. Made of two colors and a clever mosaic-like technique, this shawl is easier to knit than it looks like, as only one color is used on each row. Near the end, some rows incorporate an eyelet pattern to create an airy border. This triangular shawl is worked sideways, and is meant to be made with fingering weight yarn but is fully adaptable to accommodate your preferred yardage and weight.
