Alpaca Cables Beanie
Includes sizes baby to adult mens.
A size chart is include with standard head circumference and hat heights for sizes baby to adult. Sample hats were made in a slouchy-style, about 2”-3” taller than the hat height listed in the size chart.
Materials:
• DK or light worsted weight yarn in color of choice – 150 yards for baby and toddler sizes; up to 250 yards for larger sizes. Sample beanies used a beautiful 100% NZ alpaca wool which was quite stretchy and soft.
• Crochet hook size H (5.0 mm) or I (5.5 mm) for a slightly larger fit.
• Measuring tape
• Yarn needle for sewing
• Fur pom-pom
Skill level: Intermediate
Stitches used include ch, sc, hdc, dc, fpdc, bpdc, knit-look rib stitch
Pattern is written in standard American crochet terms.
