Pattern information
Altenkirchen is the perfect project for the new knitter. The shawl is started at one corner and then increased on every other row.
It is worked flat on a 5 mm circular needle, or the size that you need to fit the knitting gauge mentioned above.
Keep in mind that the measurements given above are approximations. Your shawl may end up a slightly different size.
You work in stripes of color A and B (remember that color B is two threads worked together).
