A more masculine version of this vest (without waist shaping) can be found here: Evermore Vest.

This set-in-sleeve vest is worked from the bottom up, with waist shaping, creating a slim fit at both waist and bust. The hem and body are worked seamlessly in the round, with twisted traveling stitches following the line of the underarm, and increased to bust measurement. The garment is divided into front and back, which worked flat and shaped at the armholes and neckline. Lines of garter stitch outline the armholes, and the neckline and armholes are picked up and worked in two-by-two ribbing.

The stitch pattern for this vest was adapted from the Always chart found in the Twisted Stitch Sourcebook, by Norah Gaughan.
