GAUGE
28 sts × 30 rows = 4” / 10 cm on US 5 / 3.75 mm needles in Twisted Ribbing, after blocking.
20 sts × 40 rows = 4” / 10 cm on US 5 / 3.75 mm needles in Brioche Rib, after blocking.

NOTES
This muffler / skinny scarf is knit flat, beginning with a narrow, ribbed strip. After reaching the desired length, the body is worked in brioche stitch. A ribbed strip is then knit for the other end as well. For the muffler version, the brioche section is longer, and for the skinny scarf, it is shorter.
