Amberwell Shawl
This is an easy lace project worked in one piece from the top down.
The shawl is designed to use one (100 gram) skein of fingering weight yarn, approximately 350 to 425 yards.
The pattern includes instructions on working the edging as deep as your yarn quantity allows.
The pattern is easy to follow and includes both charts and written instructions.
Of course you could alter the size by working it in a slightly heavier yarn and a larger needle. (Yarn requirements will vary.)
The name was inspired by the novel of the same name by D E Stevenson.
