The Amina Sweater is offered in two lengths: a cropped version and a regular version. Its intarsia design features diamonds, cables, stripes and double moss stitch. It is inspired from examples of female beaded aprons (cache-sexe) from the Kirdi people who farmed in the northern highlands of Cameroon, in eastern Nigeria and in the southwest of Chad. The front, back and sleeves are worked flat in pieces and then seamed together using mattress stitch. The sweater has positive ease with drop sleeves.
