An Ode to Tulips Handbag
About the Pattern:
This is a Tulip themed crochet handbag that can also double as a super cute Easter basket. Kids will love receiving this as an Easter gift, carrying it around for an egg hunt, and putting their treasures in it.
TWO PDFs are included:
(1) small size bag with photos and links to video tutorials
(1) large size bag with photos and links to video tutorials
PDFs include written instructions to crochet the bag, photographs to help guide you through the pattern, and EIGHT video tutorials for the tricky parts.
This bag consists of a main body, two handles, and an optional button closure.
Skill level:
Advanced beginner/intermediate due to the many types of stitches and color changes used in this pattern.
- This pattern assumes you already know the magic circle, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, working into the back loop only, slip stitch, chaining, front post and back post double crochet, and how to sew a button. Other stitches used are detailed in the notes section, and video tutorials are linked in the pattern
