One ball white Speed-Cro-Sheen, #2 hook. 1 and 1/4 yard of 3/8” wide ribbon organza ribbon. Wired rinnon was used on model becase the wire holds the shape of the ribbon so well. Or you can cut a 6” wide bias strop from a yard of organza. You will need some small silk roses and tiny flowers for top of hat.
