Anahata Sweater is designed according to Susie Myer’s Contiguous sweater method adapted to Brioche Knitting.
Since the moment I have arrived to Peru (and even before) I wanted to get my hands on local Alpaca wool. the wool I have found is hand spun and local made
The sweater is designed to be worn with 10-15 cm of positive ease.
The sweater is worked in one piece from the neck down.
First the neck is worked knitted flat, using short rows to shape front and back neck, then it joins with an overlapping front part to be worked in the round.

Measurements for size 1(2,3,4,5) allow 10-15 cm of positive ease:
Bust: 94, (105, 120, 140, 156) cm

Yarn used for size 1(2,3,4,5): 200(250, 320, 360, 400) grams of Worsted Alpaca wool of two contrasting colors.

Gauge for 10X10cm/ 4x4in:
11 sts and 20 rows in Two Color Brioche stitch.
With 4mm (US 6) circular needles or any size to maintain gauge.

An additional circular needle in the same size as gauge to work short rows
