Materials:

1) 400/450/550 g or 14 ½ / 16 / 19 ½ oz (approximately, depending on your finished lengths) of mercerized cotton 200 m in 50 g (1.75 oz) or any other 4-ply (UK) / thread size 10 cotton (US) / lace weight yarn that has 27-32 WPI. Blends of viscose, cotton, silk and polyamide are also good. You can choose one of recommended yarns or find something suitable from your stash.
2) Hook size 2-2.5-3 mm depending on your individual tension and yarn taken.
3) Tailoring tape.
