A CARDIGAN is a necessary item in every woman’s and girl’s winter wardrobe.

But here is a cardigan with a difference. It lacks the bulky, loose-looking effect of many such garments; in fact, it is so styled that it flatters her figure.

The pattern slenderises the figure. It is a garment that is smart to look at, it is distinctive, and cosily so.

Materials. – Eight 2oz. Skeins Totem wool, 1 pair each of No. 5 and No. 10 “Aero” knitting needles, 2 short needles with points at both ends (any small size), and 7 buttons the size of a shilling.
