Meet Andy the Alligator, a member of the Deramores Safari Animals family. This pattern has been designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz using acrylic DK yarns, and is knitted flat on single pointed needles.

RECOMMENDED YARN
Deramores Studio Anti-Pilling DK in Frost and Fir; one 100g skein in each colour
Double knitting/light worsted weight
100% acrylic

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.5mm (US 4) straight single pointed knitting needles

NOTIONS
Toy filling
A darning or tapestry needle for seaming
A stitch holder
For the eyes white felt fabric and 6mm black buttons, sewing needle and thread

TECHNIQUES
Work flat on single pointed needles (not in the round).
