This is an original Scarf It Up! (Louise Giordano) PDF pattern for a short scarf, scarflette, scarflet, collar, cowl - whatever you’d like to call it. It requires basic knowledge of knit and crochet. The edging is in freeform crochet, but the pattern also gives instructions for a more traditional ruffled edging.

Use stash yarn or buy something wonderful to create this style in a rather short period of time. Worsted weight or combinations of yarns work well. Create contrasting edging or use the same yarn.

Two matching buttons (or unmatching) enable the wearer to change the look of the piece for versatility of design. Button one or both; button them asymmetrically.
