Angela Shawlette
This shawlette would be the perfect accessory for those cool evenings. It can be wrapped with the center point to the front or worn more traditionally with the point to the back and the generous sides wrapped to the front.
The Angela Shawlette features a more than triangular shape to sit nicely on the shoulders. The center spine highlights the traditional “Wings of the Swan” lace pattern with an improvised edging. I have provided written and charted directions and multiple photos.
Shawl shown used one skein of Walk Away sock yarn, but the pattern would be equally lovely in a larger gauge for a bigger wrap! I have tried to make sure that there are no typos or errors, but please let me know if any are found so I may make corrections.
Stitches used: knit, purl, knit 2 tog, ssk, sk2p, and yarn overs. Make ones are also used, but I have provided an alternative to those who don’t like to do them.
