Anine Socks

Anine is a sock featuring an adorable, elastic lace pattern that repeats on the leg, heel cap, and on top of the sock. The elastic design ensures a snug fit across the entire foot, while the sole is knitted in stockinette stitch.

Anine sock is knitted in our comfortable and soft sock yarn, Önling No 18, a wool blend fingering weight yarn which consists of 75% non-superwash wool and 25% recycled polyester (from plastic bottles).

Sizes: 1 (size 36-37 US 5.5-6.5), 2 (size 38-39 US 7-8.5), 3 (size 40-42 US 9.5-11)

Gauge: 48 sts x 47 rows in lace pattern on 2.5 mm US 1.5 needles = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 inches

Procedure:
Anine sock is worked from the leg down through the gusset, then the heel, foot, and finished with a slightly pointed toe. The lace pattern is established from the very first round and continues down over the heel and instep. The sock is knitted on double-pointed needles but can also be knitted on circular needles using the magic loop method if preferred.
