Finished Measurements: (height/length x circumference/diameter)
Small: Approximately 9” x 22” (23 cm x 56 cm)
Large: Approximately 17” x 25” (43 cm x 64 cm)
Yarn:
Small: 180 yds/165 m of DK weight yarn. Shown using Kismet Fiber Works Abundant (230 yds/210 m per 100g skein), 80% merino, 10% nylon, 10% cashmere; color Spiced Paprika (orange), 1 skein.
Large: 390 yds/357 m of DK weight yarn. Shown using Kismet Fiber Works Abundant (230 yds/210 m per 100g skein), 80% merino, 10% nylon, 10% cashmere; color: Lady Slipper (pink), 2 skeins.
Needles: US#6/4.0 mm and US#7/4.5 mm 16” (24”)/40 (60) cm circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge.
Gauge: Using larger needle, 22 sts/26 rnds = 4”/10 cm in lace and cables pattern after blocking. Gauge is not critical for this project, but will affect the finished size and yardage.
Notions: 5 (7) stitch markers, one in a different color to indicate the beginning of the round, cable needle, and a tapestry needle.
