Rectangular Shawls are my all-time favourites!
They are super easy, versatile and look stunning. I love making them as they are a nice gift for anyone, because they can be used as a wrap, a shawl or even a scarf.
Say hello to my newest design, the Annie Rectangular Shawl!
A beautiful and feminine pattern, perfect for beginners as it’s only using basic stitches. It works up super fast and looks stunning with the suggested yarn.
The pattern is available on Hobbii’s website in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, English (US/UK), and French!
Special thanks to my tester: Rebecca Urrutia!
Materials needed:
• 3.5 mm (E) size hook
• NOTE: If you crochet loosely I advise you to use a 3 mm (5/0) size hook
• 4 skeins of Hobbii Metallico Fine (I used Powder shade)
or approximately 1094 yards/ 1000 meters of fingering weight yarn
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends
• Scissors
• Stitch markers (optional)
• NOTE: Blocking is essential to enhance the lace patternwork of your shawl and to ensure that your edges are straight
Note: This is a written pattern only with no photos!
NO CHART AVAILABLE
I hope you’ll love it as much as I loved creating it!
Happy crocheting!
