Annie's Crescent Shawl
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
Textures contrast in this lovely, soft alpaca and bamboo yarn. Some lace (feather and fan) for the border, a bit of 2-colour knitting to transition from the diamond textured quilted surface of the first section.
Shawl is a crescent shape with a 78 inch wingspan and is 12 inches deep at the centre back
Annie’s Alpacas live on a farm just outside Stratford, Ontario and their fleece is a dream to work with.
The natural colours of the yarn work together to give a stunning, comfortable, next to the skin, easy to wear, long and narrow crescent shawl to wrap into in the cold days of winter.
Testing in progress. Pattern will be available August 31, 2020.
