This pattern is available from yarn.com for $5.99.

Worked on larger than normal needles to open up the lace, this boatneck topper goes beautifully over a tank or cami. The pattern offers two options; tunic length with A-line shaping, as well as a waist-length boxy version for versatility that will appeal to both older and younger knitters. Goshen’s cotton, Modal, and silk blend lends extra breathability and drape to this pieced design. Antares is knit flat in pieces from the bottom up and then seamed. The cable lace patterns are charted and written out.
