Antler Gloves
The pattern contains both written and charted version for the cable pattern.
24/11/20
I first released the pattern about 5 years ago, when I just started embarking on my career as a designer. It was the first pattern I have ever written out, not surprisingly few mistakes were found, but they were quickly corrected.
I decided to revisit the pattern recently and remake it in different yarn and improve few things, such as in-lining the rib and cable pattern, improving the increases and expanding instructions for right hand.
I forgot how much I love those gloves, they fit so well, the cable design is very attractive.
Whoever has the pattern the update should be in your library now.
Materials
1 x West Yorkshire Spinners The Croft in Fetlar 312 – 100% Wool, 166m (182yds) to 100g
I have used above yarn, but any aran yarn will be fine to use for these gloves, taking into account that different fibres will result in different finished effect.
Set of 4 double pointed 5mm (US 8/ UK 6) knitting needles or circular needles of min 80 cm if you are using magic loop method.
Cable needle
2 x Stitch markers
