Arabesque is a top-down, circular yoke sweater featuring stranded knitting with simple geometric motifs decorate the yoke.
A small m motif is also worked in the body.
Gradual increases are made in the yoke up to the sleeves that will be put on hold onto holder or scrap yarn and then resumed later.
This way there will be no seams. The yoke is made up of a single chart that contains the increases.
The sample in the photos is knit with Matera, in 100% merino of Gentile di Puglia breed, bred in Southern Italy. It is a slightly dry yarn to the touch, very resistant which makes the garment very practical and ideal for any situation.
You can knit Arabesque with long or short sleeves, in the pattern you will find the instructions for both versions.
Arabesque comes in 11 sizes (from 88 to 175 cm 34.6 to 68.8“ bust circumference). The size guide and the table on PDF will help you choose the fit you prefer.

Arabesque è una maglia top town a lavorazione jacquard, con semplici greche geometriche decorano lo sprone. Un piccolo m motivo viene ripreso anche nel corpo.
Questo modello è lavorato in tondo partendo dal collo, si eseguono degli aumenti graduali nello sprone fino ad arrivare alle maniche che verranno messe in sospeso su un filo per poi essere riprese successivamente. In questo modo non ci saranno cuciture.
Nello sprone si segue un unico schema che contiene gli aumenti. Abbiamo usato il filato Matera, un filato in merino di razza Gentile di Puglia 100% italiano, allevato in Sud Italia.
È un filato leggermente secco al tatto, molto resistente che rende il capo molto pratico e ideale per ogni situazione.Potete realizzare Arabesque a maniche lunghe oppure a maniche corte, nel pattern trovate le istruzioni per entrambe le versioni.
Nel pattern sono disponibili 11 taglie (da 88 a 175 cm di circonferenza busto), la guida alle taglie e la tabella nel PDF ti aiuteranno a scegliere la vestibilitá che preferisci.
