Yarn A: The Wandering Flock Worsted Wool (worsted weight; 100% Merino; 196m / 215yds per 100g skein)
Shade: Red Rust; 5 (5, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8) skeins
Yarn B: The Wandering Flock Fluff (worsted weight; 70% mohair, 30% wool; 130m / 142yds per 50g skein)
Shade: Blushing Pink; 1 (1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, 3) skein

Gauge: 18 sts & 27 rounds = 10cm / 4” over stocking stitch with yarn A on 5mm needles after blocking.

Needles: 4.5mm / US 7 circular needle, 40cm / 16” length
5mm / US 8 circular needle, 40cm / 16” AND 60-100cm / 24-40” length (depending on size worked) AND needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round
5mm / US 8 crochet hook (for tubular cast-on)
Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.

Notions: 9 stitch markers (one unique for beg of round), 2 locking stitch markers, scrap yarn, crochet hook, tapestry needle

Notes: Arete is worked from the top down, in the round, with raglan sleeves. The back neck is shaped using a shadow wrap short row technique.The Intarsia portion of the sweater is knitted ‘in the round’, knitting back and forth, creating a seamless join.
