Inspired by a photo of a blooming Artichoke, this highly textured block is formed by a bullion stitch center flower surrounded by many layered spines. It is rated as an “experienced” pattern due to the unique construction. The Artichoke is the 2nd block in The Vegetable Garden Afghan Project. I hope you enjoy stitching this artful block.
