Gauge: 13.5 sts & 22 rows = 10 cm / 4” over Eyelet Pyramid stitch on 6.5 mm needles before blocking.

Needles: 6.5 mm / US 10.5 circular needle, 100 cm / 40” length 6 mm / US 10 knitting needles for cast off Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.

Notions: 5 stitch markers – 1 of a different colour or type for beg of round, tapestry needle, removable straps

Notes: The tote is knit in the round from the bottom up, using a buttonhole technique to create the opening for the straps. The bottom of the bag is then worked by picking up stitches along the cast-on edge and shaped using decrease stitches before finishing with a 3-needle cast off.
