This octagonal mini mandal pattern can be attached to embroidery hoop or mandala ring to make a decorative wall hanging or can be used as textured coaster or a stand alone motif. It is a fun weekend afternoon project.

I have used multiple colours but I am sure it will look equally good in one solid colour.

If you want to attach it to ring or hoop, you will need one with 8” diameter.
