This crochet dress is made-to-measure, so you can use any yarn and it will fit you perfectly! For the black dress pictured, a 4 weight yarn was used for the top and a 1 weight yarn for the bottom. The yellow skirt was made with a 3 weight cotton. So many variations can be made with the Astraea pattern: a dress (with or without a back opening), a tank top only (3 ways), a skirt only (long or short), or a two-piece set! The skirt only includes a hidden elastic waist, but you can easily skip that and add a cinch tie instead.
