Asymmetric Rib Scarf
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
I designed this scarf to show off my hand spun yarns.
I mostly spin 100 grams of a yarn and needed a design that was flexible enough to finish when my yarn runs out.
The pattern requires you to be able to knit, purl, increase and decrease and is simple to memorise with only 6 rows.
I find these scarves very addictive and quick to knit.
I’m very happy for this scarf to be knit for sale. No need to attribute the design to me either.
I hope you enjoy knitting this scarf as much as I enjoyed designing and writing the pattern.
Thank you to the lovely members of Kathy’s Fibres Group for their encouragement and offers to test knit.
A thank you to Rose for modelling and Peter for taking the photos.
