Mitts 8½ (9)”/21.5 (22.75) cm deep and 6½ (7½)”/ 16.5 (19) cm around, laid flat and unstretched.
I’m modeling the S/M samples, but will make the M/L for myself to wear.
Gauge - 20 stitches and 28 rounds = 4”/ 10cm, in stockinette stitch.
Gauge needle and needles 2 sizes smaller for hat band and mitt cuffs.
