This is an adaptation of my own Aunt Aggie’s Mesh Stitch

I found that for the sake of Chunky scarves, etc., the mesh stitch is a great stitch to use, but as it was, it was rather too tightly woven.

So I adapted it, tweaking it a little to make the Extended Mesh Stitch which is a larger, taller and more openly woven stitch for cowls, hats, etc., and whatever use you may find for it!

Of course, it is free - so use it as you wish, and show me what you make with it. I’d love to see your creations!
