Final blanket measures 50” (127 cm) across the center from one Half Hexagon to the opposite side.

The Aura Lapghan is constructed from a collection of 10 unique hexagon designs + a half hexagon design. Hexagons are joined at the end and a subtle border adds class and polish to the final piece. Makers get to practice various techniques like post stitches, tapestry crochet, spike stitches, and more. Skill level is considered Intermediate, but a motivated Beginner with strong attention to detail can be successful with this pattern. Photo and video tutorials included.

MATERIALS

Crochet hook US G-6 / 4mm (adjust hook size to meet gauge)
Scissors
Tapestry needle
Wet and steam blocking supplies, including granny square blocking board (optional), foam blocking boards, rust-proof t-pins, garment steamer

GAUGE
Hexagons measure about 4.75 inches (12 cm) when measured flat from straight edge to straight edge. Gauge should be tested on EACH MOTIF. Steam block hexagons to 5” (12.7 cm).
