The Aurora hood is a hood pattern in broken rib with two long panels that can be tied like a scarf. This way, it will keep both your head and neck warm! The I-cord finishes can be tied either at the front or at the back, as you prefer.

Sizes: Child (teen) adult

Gauge: 21 sts x 32 rows = 10 cm in 1x1 broken rib, using 4mm/US 6 needles (or another size depending on your gauge)

Yarns: Two strands held together - one strand of silk mohair & one strand of fingering weight yarn.

Lace mohair: 255 (320) 375 metres
Fingering: 240 (310) 365 metres

So 2 balls of Silk Mohair - Along Avec Anna
and 2 balls of Merino - Along Avec Anna
