Even though it’s now winter, I’m still dreaming of clear Autumn skies, crisp days, and intense colors. This cardigan was inspired by the sights and feelings of Autumn, it is lightweight in dk yarn, yet still plenty warm. It’s a great layering piece with pockets, seamless sleeves, and great texture. It looks fantastic in the colors and textures of Willow & Lark’s Woodland yarn.

This cardigan is a one-piece cabled journey. It begins at the top of the back, then the shoulders are picked back up for each half of the front. The three pieces are joined together under the armholes and knit seamlessly down. The sleeves are then picked up and worked in the round, followed by the finishing of the collar buttonband. This pattern was designed in collaboration with LoveKnitting and Willow & Lark Yarns.
