This soft headband is made from one strand of mohair yarn and one of merino wool. It is worked in rounds, with the ivy berry motif on the outer side and a soft knitted inner side.
Thanks to the provisional cast-on, the headband is worked as a tube, and the cast-on edge is sewn together with the ending side using the Kitchener stitch, which gives the headband a flawless look.
After the sewing, a thread of both yarns is wrapped around the headband to create a bow-like appearance.
