Materials: Crystal Palace Yarns “Mikado Ribbon” yarn (50% rayon/50% cotton) (1.75 oz 50 gm, 112 yds each ball): 5 (7) balls of #738 Bittersweet Mix (MC); and 2 (3) balls of #1809 Walnut (CC). Crochet hook size H-8 U.S. or size needed to obtain gauge. Yarn Needle. Sewing needle and matching sewing thread. Three matching buttons (3/4”).

Gauge: Working in body pattern, 10 sts =2 1/4” and 5 rows = 2 1/2”.

Stitches Used: Chain st (ch), slip st (sl st), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc).
