Autumn Woods is a hat inspired by my very first design, Grizzly. Grizzly has been my most popular design, by far, and remains a top seller. However there were some things I wanted to change. I have shortened the hat a bit, fixed some gauge issues, expanded the sizes to include children, teens, and women, and even added a bit of ribbing.

The hat is worked from the top down (crown) to the ribbing (brim). Stripes are added using scraps of worsted weight yarn, choose your own colors or use the hat pictured as a guide.

This hat is perfect for all crochets from beginner to advanced. The original hat has been a favorite among crocheters, yarn shops, and fellow designers. Why not try it yourself?
