CROCHET LEVEL & SKILLS:
• Advanced — Best suited for confident crocheters who enjoy structured, technique-rich projects.
• Construction — These toe-up socks are worked in joined rows, with each row attached to the instep strip as you go. Construction begins with the heels, toes, and instep strips. Once prepared, the foot, gusset, leg, and cuff are worked in one continuous piece, attaching to these components as you progress. To help the socks last longer, the soles are worked using linked dc stitchers for extra strength.
• Stitches & Techniques — Chain, slip stitch, surface slip stitch, half double crochet, double crochet, extra strong linked double crochet, back/front post double crochet, granny stitch, join-as-you-go, working in rows and in the round.
