This headband is based on the cable pattern found in Sarah Pope’s Axel Fingerless Mitts (available free on Ravelry at ttps://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/axel-mitts). It is knit flat and seamed. I used about 120 yds of Bernat Alpaca Natural Blends, a bulky weight yarn. The headband is about 19-20” long before seaming and may be adjusted as necessary to fit any size head.
