This is a large hobo-style tote bag that is great as a project bag, weekend travel tote or beach bag! It is a great bag pattern for beginners and experienced crocheters who enjoy projects that work up quick! I work to keep my patterns super simple so that you can get creative and add your own flair to the finished project!

For this bag you will need at least 685 Yards of Bulky Weight (5) yarn.

This pattern calls for yarn to be held double and the yardage listed accounts for that.

I used Hobbii Brand Ribbon Yarn for but I have also included a list of alternative and recommended options at the end of the pattern for you to use if you need some ideas!

You will also need a 12mm hook (my gauge = ~7 HDC sts x 6 HDC rows for a 4”x4” square) so you may need to adjust your hook size as needed!
