This baby blanket is knitted in a very interesting stitch that makes me think of a large turtle shell pattern. :) The pattern includes both written instructions and a chart for the stitch.

Length: ~ 34” ( ~ 86 cm)
Width: ~ 31” (~ 79 cm)

Yarn used: #4 (10 ply) medium worsted/aran yarn
Gauge: 4 sts per 1” in stockinette stitch.

I used ~715 yards ( 2 skeins) of Premier Yarns Basix Worsted yarn. It’s very soft and comfy, great for baby items.

Difficulty level: intermediate
