Baby Bok Choy
Baby Bok Choy is the young, petite and tender counterpart to mature bok choy. Its spoon-shaped, bright green leaves are supported by white stalks that join at a common base above the bulb.
Worked all in one piece, Baby Bok Choy measures 5 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. The pattern calls for both flat and in-the-round knitting; intarsia creates the bi-colored leaves.
