I wrote this pattern with measurements (cm) (not in counts of stitches) In my opinion its easier when someone is working with a different yarn.
However you will find gauge in the pattern to help get the same texture and look if you wish.
Dress is worked form top and ends at the bottom and the straps are worked separately and joined to the dress. then the ruffles are worked.
