This sun hat is made with cotton crochet thread and is light weight, cool for warm summer weather. The body of the hat is made with single string and the band and brim of the hat are made with double strings. This pattern will fit most babies 9-12 months though it can easily be adjusted to fit larger or smaller (simply do less or more increasing rounds). Uses 3.75mm hook.
