Bächlein
A varied and textured crescent-shaped shawl inspired by the transitory
nature of water. This pattern was born as I prepared to move from my
beloved Chicago with the grand lake Michigan, to Frankfurt Germany and the mighty Main river (Bächlein means brook in German). With 4 colors, it is the perfect project for using up those leftovers from other projects! Incorporating the simplicity of squishy garter stitch, eyelet lace, and a textured wave pattern for interest, it is a perfect knit for those transitional times in our lives!
