beginner level.

Please be aware that the pattern is done with fabric paint, not yarn color changes. Instructions in the pattern will make a 1 color snake, with further instructions on painting the snake.

Basic understanding of crocheting in the round, inc, dec, sc, painting
you will need:

3.75 mm hook  
worsted weight yarn
polyfill  
8 mm safety eyes  
yarn needle  
scissors
Stiff bristled paint brush
Soft fabric ink

Finished snake is approximately 40 inches long
