This simple ball toy is the perfect introduction to amigurumi crochet projects. This pattern from Corrina Ferguson is worked entirely in single crochet stitches, with simple increases and decreases used to shape the piece. With only 50 yards of worsted weight yarn needed to make one, it’s a quick stitch too!

Materials

• Worsted weight cotton yarn, approximately 50 yards

• Size G/6 4 mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge

• Stitch marker

• Tapestry needle

• Polyfill stuffing
